Project Auditing

Citi-Tulla Widening Project

QMIS provides management system review and auditing services to the Citi-Tulla Widening project which is being constructed by two contractors – CPB contractors and Lend Lease. We work directly with CPB contractors and provide certification auditing services through DLCSI to Lend Lease.

 

Rail Crossing Removals Project

QMIS works with CPB contractors on a key state project that involves the removal of many rail level crossings across metropolitan Melbourne and places them either above the road or tunnels under the existing road infrastructure.

Government Auditing

Goulburn Murray Water

QMIS provides environmental auditing service to GMW Connection Project. This involves reviewing the project documentation for compliance with Government requirements and site audits to verify contractor compliance.

State Growth 

QMIS provides safety auditing services to the Department of State Growth in Tasmania. We review contractor documentation and verify compliance through project site visits.

System Development

Armaguard

QMIS is assisting Armaguard with the development of an Environmental Management System for the organisation. This is a key step in helping them establish their environmental credentials.

SpaceLabs

QMIS is assisting SpaceLabs in the development of an integrated management system to help them achieve their business objectives in a safe, environmentally sensitive way.

Work Wear Group

QMIS is assisting the Work Wear Group with the update and revision of their Quality Management System.

Workshops and Training

– State Growth – QMIS conducted a series of training workshops with State Growth Superintendents to refresh their knowledge of management systems, contract compliance and auditing.

– Visionstream – QMIS conducted a series of workshops over a 12 month period with a team in Visionstream using the “action learning” approach to help them develop action plans to achieve their targets and objectives.
